I have known Shri T.K. Ubaidullah. Ubaid Associates as a Contractor in connection with the construction of the building for Malayalam University. It was a Rs. 3 crore project work which had to be executed in 100 days. With his dedication and hard work, the project was executed within the stipulated time. But for his commitment, we would not have been able to accomplish the task within the time limit.

The work was said to be finished on a specified time frame in view of the urgency. M/S Ubald Associates did a commendable work in finishing off the work well within schedule The restoration of operation theatre complex was especially commendable for the precision and speed. The work was undertaken so expeditiously and has to finish within hours, working round the clock. This helped to save a lot of down time which would otherwise have occurred. This effort is very well appreciated by the administration of this hospital and this letter is issued there off.
